Located in the new Tolbiac Chevaleret district in the north of the 13th arrondissement of Paris, between the "old thirteenth" and the Seine, the T7A2 block benefits from an attractive location.

Among the urban objects that are familiar to us in the history of cities, identifiable in their writing, the figure of the Palazzo, the Palace, appeared here as an obvious one. The cross between the Haussmann Palace and the Italian Palace contains the ingredients of a strong and generous architectural identity.
