For over 15 years, Béziers has been developing the ZAC de l'Hours. This is the first stage in the transformation of a derelict industrial area near the SNCF station into a new city district. Ultimately, this new district will be able to offer more than 500 new homes integrated into a revitalised economic fabric and enriched by ad hoc assets (business centre, shopping centre, hotel, law courts, etc.).
It is against this flourishing backdrop that the Lot E2 project is to be built, as an emblematic marker of this new entrance to the city, on the last plot of the Zac de l'Hours, along Avenue Wilson.
