The B3b project, like the other lots in the Vilgénis ZAC, reflects the general ambitions of the ZAC. Inside the plot, 3 R+6 plots of 24m side, emerge from a generous garden. Located at different angles to each other, the direct opposite ones are limited and each apartment benefits from a quality view. This free urban planning echoes the diffuse plant context.
The ratio to the ground of the buildings takes advantage of this, the base of plot B is raised on piles allowing the plant masses to pass through, that of plot C is surrounded by a mantle of trees and that of plot A plays with the slope on which it originates. Each plot therefore has its own formal and geographical character.
However, the 3 buildings are built of wood and have the same structural grid on the facade. Some double heights, housing duplex apartments, draw variations in architectural regularity. Passageways running along each floor provide the dwellings with outdoor spaces immersed in the context.
